Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce executive, you’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website, online marketplaces, and aggregators — and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
- Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.
- Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.) in real time.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams while ensuring timely follow-up with the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field.
- Knowledge about Indian wear is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and billing systems.
- Ecommerce Knowledge and experience is preferred.
